Why do Graduate Studies in French at OSU?

• We offer a variety of interesting and challenging courses and concentrations in all aspects of French Studies, including cinema, francophone cultures, critical theory, cultural studies, gender studies, linguistics and translation. Some recent course titles include Epic Muslim Encounters and Identity Politics in Quebec Literature, Film, and Popular Music.
• We also offer a Certificate in Francophone Studies, not offered elsewhere.
• We have one of the best teacher training programs in the country.
