The Departments of Women's, Gender and Sexuality Studies & French and Italian present Taryn Marcelino: candidate for Doctor of Philosophy in Gender Studies, University of California, Los Angeles. Join us for her talk on "Nantes' Fight for Memory" on Monday, January 9th from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm in 386B University Hall or via Zoom. 

Taryn Marcelino is completing her PhD in Gender Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research focuses on the present day impact of the history of slavery in France, with research interests in European cultures, visual studies, and Queer of Color critique.
