  1. WINNING up to 25,000 to study abroad.
  2. Students who want to work for the government.
  3. To improve their language skills in LCTLs or start a new LCTL language
  4. Study long term in a Boren approved country

NOTE:  20% of undergrads who apply WIN a Boren.

25% of grad students who apply WIN a Boren.
