Congratulations to Xinyi Tan, who graduated this past weekend with a PhD in French and Francophone studies! Tan defended her dissertation, "Exotes en Asie Francophone: François Cheng, Ying Chen, Shan Sa, Kim Thúy, Victor Segalen," earlier this summer and is about to begin her new position as Assistant Professor of French and Chinese at the Coastal Carolina University. It has been such a pleasure having you in the department and we wish you the best of luck in your future!
