One of the many definite and unsung benefits of being an Ohio State student is having membership to a world-class library system. Being part of that library system entitles students to access our rare books collection. Italian Professor Jonathan Combs-Schilling regularly takes advantage of this by hosting students in the Rare Books and Manuscripts Library. Students are able to live history on these visits and handle centuries-old books containing the exact materials about which they learn in class.
If you are interested in visiting, please contact the Rare Books and Manuscripts Library through their website.
