Michela Bertossa Featured in "Notes on Videographic Criticism" Publication

Michela Bertossa, FRIT graduate fellow, has recently been interviewed in the publication, "Notes on Videographic Criticism" for her voiceover project featuring My Brilliant Friend. In her project, Bertossa features the voices of both her mother and grandmother to highlight their diverse connections to the island of Ischia. Through her work, Bertossa explores the "power of the narrator and its effects on representation of the Italian south in the media." The full interview can be read here
