The Department of French and Italian was pleased to host French cartoonist Jessica Oublié on Thursday, March 27 for a review and discussion of her new book Toxic Tropics. Moderated by our own Professor Maggie Flinn, the experience was a wonderful representation of how rich and wonderful French and Francophone culture, literature, and language is for students. We extend our deepest gratitude to Jessica Oublié for taking the time to come to Ohio State and meet with students, graduate associates, faculty, and community members!
