Hoffmann Publishes Fourth Novel

Benjamin Hoffmann

Benjamin Hoffmann, assistant professor, early modern French studies, has published American Pandemonium (2016), with Gallimard, one of the leading French publishers of books. The novel is an epic story about a United States ravaged by war and a reflection on the media, terrorism and the power of fiction. Hoffmann’s previous novels include, Le monde est beau, on peut y voyager (Bastingage, 2008); Anya Ivanovna (Bastingage, 2011); and Père et fils (Gallimard, 2011).
