Rocco Marinaccio is Professor of English and Director of the Core Curriculum at Manhattan College in New York City. His previous research includes essays on Frank Sinatra, John Fante, and Don DeLillo. He is co-editor of the current Italian American Review issue on "Foodways." His current research investigates the relationship of foodways and ethnic identity within constructions of modernity and postmodernity in the US.
